90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee –In the unlikely event that you are not comfortable on your new mattress, you may exchange it once during the 90 Days. To give your body a chance to adjust to your new mattress, you must sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights. If you are not 100% satisfied, after 30 nights, you may return to the store where the bed was purchased and select a mattress of equal or greater value. If you choose a mattress of greater value, you pay the difference. There is a limit of one exchange per customer. A processing and return fee of 15% will be assessed on all exchanges. Delivery charges are not included and range from $45 to $75 for our local area. Products not offered for exchange include floor models, special orders, odd sizes, sets purchased for under $399.99, adjustable bases, pillows, or mattress pads. Stained, soiled or bedding missing the “Law Tag” is exempt from this offer. Sorry No Refunds.
